We’ve carefully crafted our classes to combine the precision of Pilates with compound exercises and high-intensity cardio bursts, to transform your strength inside and out.

  • Reformer BEGINNER

    Reformer Beginner is our introduction to the Reformer Pilates world. It's the perfect place to start and is designed for very first timers, or anyone returning to Pilates after a break.

    Here our instructors will focus on technique, Pilates fundamentals, principles of centering, concentration, control, precision, breath, & flow. Along with fun and dynamic music to match, as let's be honest… it isn't easy!

    Have you done Reformer before? Looking for progressions? Check out our Reformer Intermediate or Advanced classes instead.

    What to bring? Your water bottle, sweat towel & grip socks. Wearing leggings is also recommended.

  • Reformer INTERMEDIATE

    Have you attended Reformer Beginner? Are you looking for a new challenge? Say hello to Reformer Intermediate!

    Here, you’ll be joining a faster paced and higher intensity Reformer class. You will be given more exercises to play with, along with full control in dialling up or down the intensity of your reps (and bed strings!)

    Looking for a full body BURN?

    Spice up your training routine with Reformer Intermediate as we’ll be playing with more muscle groups! Feel free to mix this class up with others on our schedule.

    What to bring? Your water bottle, sweat towel & grip socks. Wearing leggings is also recommended.

  • Reformer ADVANCED

    Are you feeling ready to step up your Reformer game? Or are you joining us from another studio and feel at ease with Intermediate level Reformer Pilates?

    This class is for you. Fast paced & high energy! Here we'll focus on technique enhancement, layering progressions, building stamina, increasing strength and resistance.

    Reformer Advanced will challenge both your physical and mental strength - fast, high intensity, and non-stop movements designed for our Pilates lovers. Get ready to bring it!

    What to bring? Your water bottle, sweat towel & grip socks. Wearing leggings is also recommended.

  • Barre FIT

    Join us for a unique, high-energy and NO IMPACT 45min class that combines Ballet-infused barre work with light weights, booty bands, Pilates balls, and more.

    This is the ULTIMATE fat burner!

    You’ll focus on muscle sculpting using resistance workouts for arms, booty, legs, and torso. You’ll leave us feeling elongated and toned!

    What to bring? Your yoga mat, grip socks, water bottle, and sweat towel. Ankle weights are an optional bonus!
