Our progression-based programs will advance you through a number of intricately designed levels.

  • No experience necessary to start! Our 8 week beginner pole course is designed for anybody. And you can get started anytime until the 4th week from the course’s start date!

    All classes begin with a warm up to get your heart pumping and muscles ready to dance. Learn how to spin with control, fluidity and build strength at the same time.

    We will teach you combinations of mesmerising spinning tricks, along with dance moves that you get to put together in a fun routine over the course of the term.

    What to bring? Your yoga mat for warm up, cycling shorts or loose leggings that you can roll up above the knee, your sweat towel, and water bottle.

  • Graduated beginners? It's time to level up, advance your pole skills and learn longer combinations of tricks.

    Dance to a new routine over the course of 8-weeks and hone into your movement skills as you put together challenging new combos.

  • Level up as you master new tricks over the course of 8-weeks. Spin backwards, forwards and discover new ways of moving around the pole in longer combinations! Work on your stamina and develop your own flow with a full choreographed routine.

    This is the level for you if you have mastered:

    > Laybacks (Bent or Straight Leg)

  • Moving up from Prep 1? Fly your way into sensational new tricks and transitions! Learn to move effortlessly through your combinations and dance up a storm in a full song choreographed routine.

    This is the level for you if you have mastered:

  • Challenge yourself with sensational new pole combos, brand new grips and transitions over an 8 week course. You will be training on both Spin & Static poles!

    This is the level for you if you have mastered:

    > Extended Butterflies

    > Ayesha & Static Vs from floor

    > Shoulder Mounts (Twisted/Cup Grips)

  • Take your pole skills to new heights. Dance to a choreographed routine and learn astonishing tricks and transitions over this 8 week course. You will be training on both Spin & Static poles!

    This is the level for you if you have mastered:

    > Handsprings (All Grips)

    > Ayeshas & Static Vs (All Grips)

    > Basic Tumbles

    > Static Drills (eg. Reverse Grab, Ragdoll Flare)

    > Aerial Shoulder Mounts

    > Brass Monkey Grips

    > Jade Split

    > Pegasus Grips

How do I level up?

ATTEND

At least 1 levelled pole class per week to learn the tricks required.

Schedule practice time, perfect the tricks & routine required.

Technique/Choreo Classes

  • New to choreography using the pole? This class is our introductory and slowed down version of Pole Choreo.

    Learn the foundations of movement, low to the floor tricks, shoulder rolls, smooth lines, and dance technique.

    This class will break it ALL down for you in a safe and nurturing space.

    Whether you're new to pole, or have years of experience but want things slowed down - this class is for you!

    Note: This is an open levelled class, so no prior attendance is necessary to join. All tricks work around the base of the pole, and you will not be working aerially.

    What to bring? Your kneepads, pole-wear and heels.

  • Love all things choreography using the pole? In this class, you’ll break a sweat to a choreography on and off the pole.

    Delve into the art of sensual and exotic choreo. Master low to the floor tricks, floorwork sequences, and choreographed routine using the pole. Not only will you feel an intense full body work-out, you’ll also feel amazing. You’ll work up a sweat, strengthen, stretch your muscles, and of course kill that cardio!

    Note: This is an advanced open levelled class, and no prior attendance is necessary to join. All tricks will work around the base of the pole, and you will not be working aerially.

    New to pole choreography? We recommend joining Basework Elements first (our intro class to Pole Choreo).

    What to bring? Your pole-wear, kneepads and heels.

  • Do you find yourself scrolling Instagram wishing someone could teach you those trending tricks you’ve saved on your feed?

    In this open levelled Pole Tricks class, you’ll learn smoking hot pole tricks and impressive combos! You’ll work on your strength and stamina as you condition your body, helping you to excel in your pole level.

    We’ll be working off spin and static pole, it will all depend on the trick of the day!

    Level? This class is suitable for Intermediate Pole levels & above.

  • Do you find yourself scrolling Instagram wishing someone could teach you those trending tricks you’ve saved on your feed?

    In this advanced Pole Tricks class, you’ll learn smoking hot pole tricks and impressive combos! You’ll work on your strength and stamina as you condition your body, helping you to excel in your pole level.

    We’ll be working off spin and static pole, it will all depend on the trick of the day!

    Level? This class is suitable for Prep 2 students & above.

  • Nervous about joining Pole Acro but want to kickstart your Static Pole journey while also learning new impressive Acro Pole transitions? This class is for YOU!

    Grab your knee pads (and heels) and we'll teach you the foundations you need to master all things exotic and static acro-tricks.

    In this class, you will be focusing on learning Static Pole drills and low-to floor exotic sequences. You'll also learn the foundations of pole handstands, kips and tricks. Once you have mastered this class, you will be ready to slip right into Pole Acro.

    All levels Beginner, Intermediate and above welcome. If you are Beginner pole dancer, we recommend joining this class after the 4th week of your pole journey.

    What to wear? Bring your pole wear, heels and knee pads.

  • Amp-up your Pole Acro! Grab your knee pads (and heels) to master all things exotic acro-tricks!

    In this class, you will learn to master Static Pole drills and sequences, intricate shoulder-stand transitions, kips, handstands and more! On and off the pole. This class will also help you master the more difficult Pole Choreo basework tricks and transitions.

    All levels Intermediate and above welcome, but we do recommend starting with Intro To Pole Acro if you are new to pole.

    What to wear? Bring your pole wear, heels and knee pads.

  • This is an Open Space for you to stretch, pole, sweat, dance, repeat! Train at your own pace at all times of the day.

    Note: This is not a class and no instructor will be available for spotting/teaching. We also use a self check-in kiosk system, where students are invited to mark off their attendance before their session.

    What to bring? Your yoga mat, sweat towel, pole-gear, headphones, and water bottle.
