Looking for a choreography class?

Join us for Basework Elements, Pole Choreo or Floorwork

If you love movement, music and expressing yourself through dance, a pole choreography class might just become your new obsession. But if it’s your first time stepping into a choreo-based pole class, it’s totally normal to feel a mix of excitement and nerves. Here’s exactly what you can expect.

  • A Full-Body, Feel-Good Workout

Pole choreo is more than just dancing — it’s a dynamic, full-body workout. You’ll move both on and around the pole, combining strength, flexibility and cardio into one seamless flow. Expect to break a sweat as you engage your core, legs and upper body, all while building endurance and control.

  • Heels, Flow & Floorwork

One of the biggest highlights is diving into the art of heels choreography. You’ll learn how to move with intention and confidence, incorporating low-flow pole tricks, basework, and floorwork sequences. These movements stay grounded around the pole — meaning no aerial tricks — making it all about fluidity, musicality and expression.

  • Learning a Routine

During class, you’ll be guided step-by-step through a 2min choreographed routine. Don’t worry about perfection — it’s all about progress and having fun. By the end, you’ll piece everything together into a routine that makes you feel strong, empowered and accomplished. Our classes work off the same choreography for 2-weeks, perfect for extra practice (with the exception of Floorwork where you’ll be working on the same routine across a full term).

  • Open Level, But Beginner-Aware

If you’re new to Pole or dance in general, we recommend starting with Basework Elements. Starting with this foundations class can help you build confidence and familiarity with the style. From there, you can then move to Pole Choreo and/or Floorwork.

  • What to Bring

To get the most out of your class, make sure you come prepared:

  • Pole wear (shorts and a comfortable top)

  • Kneepads (essential for floorwork)

  • Heels (optional for some, but recommended for the full experience)

  • Most Importantly: Have Fun

Your first pole choreo class is all about letting go, trying something new, and connecting with your body. You’ll leave feeling stronger, more flexible, and empowered — with a serious endorphin boost to match.
