What’s Different About The Holiday Schedule?
The aim of this 4-week schedule at BodySpace Studios is to help you perfect your Pole Dancing skills so that you feel as confident as possible coming into Term 1 2026. You will be working off a 4-week mini-term syllabus designed to hone-in on your levelled Pole technique, strength training drills and Pole Trick execution.
We also offer a range of fun/drop-in-friendly classes such as Handstands with Skye, Floorwork & Pole Choreography, Flexibility classes, Reformer Pilates, Barre, and more. All to keep you mixing things up and training over this December month!

Here’s how we recommend you approach booking into your levelled classes:
If you've recently moved up to a higher Pole Dancing level, this 4x week mini-term will help you to build on your existing skills and confidence for your level.
If you're wanting to move up to a higher Pole Dancing level from Term 1 next year, this mini-term will allow you to review your entire syllabus, so that you can work on both sides and ensure you've covered all your current level pre-requisites before moving up.
We’ve outlined each level below. Our whole team is here to help guide you, please reach out if you have any questions about which class to book into.

Welcome to Beginner Pole! Whether you're joining us for a trial or have signed-up as a member, this class is dedicated to all our Pole Beginners and fellow first-timers.
Your class will include a thorough warm-up to work on your strength and flexibility. You'll then work on your Beginner syllabus with a series of level-specific Pole tricks and strength drills. We guarantee that you'll leave us feeling energised, strong and 'worked-out' in the best way possible!
If you're joining for a trial and wish to sign-up for more after this first class, you'll be ready to continue and jump straight into your 8-week Beginner Pole journey from Term 1 2026 (start - Jan 5 2026). Simply purchase a membership or class pack and keep booking. We can't wait to welcome you!
What to bring? Your yoga mat for warm up, comfy activewear (i.e. cycling shorts or loose leggings that you can roll up above the knee), your sweat towel, and water bottle.

Are you an Intermediate Pole student? Maintain your pole strength this December holiday month as we take you through an intensive overview of the Intermediate Pole syllabus.
You'll be focusing on hardcore conditioning, overviewing all of the syllabus pole trick requirements, skills, and combos. Whether you've been in Intermediate for a while, or have just moved up from Beginner - we'll have you refreshed, conditioned and ready for Term 1 in January!
This is the level for you if you have mastered:

Are you an Intermediate Pole student? Maintain your pole strength this December holiday month as we take you through an intensive overview of the Prep 1 and Prep 2 level syllabuses.
You'll be focusing on hardcore conditioning, overviewing all of the syllabus pole trick requirements, skills, and combos.
Whether you've been in Prep 1 or Prep 2 for a while, or have recently levelled up - we'll have you refreshed, conditioned and ready for Term 1 in January!

Are you an Advanced or Elite levelled pole student?
Keep your strength up this December month as we cover your most wanted high-level pole tricks and sequences!
In this class, you'll be focusing on conditioning essential tricks that sit within the Advanced and Elite syllabuses, such as working on your Iron X, Deadlifts, Shoulder-Mounts, Bendy Signature Tricks, and more!
You must be an Advanced or Elite pole student to attend this class.
What to bring? Your yoga mat for warm up, your pole gear, sweat towel and water bottle.

2. What's different with Pole over these 4 weeks?
You'll find NEW Pole classes during this time.
We're taking a break from levelled Pole + Choreo routines to bring you strength & conditioning classes that are specifically tailored to your pole levels. This means that you'll be working on the core components of your level syllabus to build on your strength, improve your technique, and have you ready to restart in Term 1 2026.
