What’s Different About The Holiday Schedule?

The aim of this 4-week schedule at BodySpace Studios is to help you perfect your Pole Dancing skills so that you feel as confident as possible coming into Term 1 2026. You will be working off a 4-week mini-term syllabus designed to hone-in on your levelled Pole technique, strength training drills and Pole Trick execution.

We also offer a range of fun/drop-in-friendly classes such as Handstands with Skye, Floorwork & Pole Choreography, Flexibility classes, Reformer Pilates, Barre, and more. All to keep you mixing things up and training over this December month!

Here’s how we recommend you approach booking into your levelled classes:

  • If you've recently moved up to a higher Pole Dancing level, this 4x week mini-term will help you to build on your existing skills and confidence for your level.

  • If you're wanting to move up to a higher Pole Dancing level from Term 1 next year, this mini-term will allow you to review your entire syllabus, so that you can work on both sides and ensure you've covered all your current level pre-requisites before moving up.

We’ve outlined each level below. Our whole team is here to help guide you, please reach out if you have any questions about which class to book into.

New & casual students welcome! Simply book a trial class.
